We also evaluate medication management practices, memory care practices, and home cleanliness and safety standards—because the details matter when it comes to the people you love most.

Not only that, but we go one step further by checking every home with the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) for clear survey records. This means no unresolved violations, no surprises—just honest, transparent information so your family can make a confident, informed decision.
